Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the https://redcypress.pro website (“the Site”) and the technology services offered by New Ark Digital, LLC, doing business as Red Cypress Pro (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and small-office technology services in the Greater Baton Rouge area: WiFi networking, smart home, home theater, computer setup and support, and related work. The specific scope of any engagement is documented in a written quote or work order before any work begins.

2. Quotes and pricing

Most engagements are quoted up front based on the scope discussed. A small number of repeatable services are offered at flat fees published on the Site; those fees are honored when the work matches the published scope. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Prices on the Site may change at any time; the price you’re quoted is the price you pay.

3. Workmanship guarantee

We back our work with a 90-day workmanship guarantee. If something we installed or configured fails because of how we did it, we’ll come back and make it right at no additional labor cost. The guarantee does not cover third-party hardware failures, ISP issues outside our control, or work that was modified by someone else after we left.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the work needed.
• Grant us reasonable access to the spaces and devices being serviced.
• Pay invoices according to the agreed terms.
• Keep your own backups of important data; while we take care during migrations and installs, you remain responsible for your data.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a small rescheduling fee, communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content — copy, design, photos, code — is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
