Who we are

What we collect

We collect only the information you provide and a small amount of technical data needed to run the site:

• Contact form data: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and the description of the work you’re asking about.
• Booking data: when you schedule through our booking widget, the third-party scheduler (Cal.com) collects the information needed to confirm the appointment.
• Chat transcripts: if you use our live chat (Crisp), the transcript is retained so we can follow up on your conversation.
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamps) for security and debugging.
• Analytics: aggregate page-view data via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising unless you grant consent.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule work, and complete the engagement.
• To send service-related communications (appointment confirmations, follow-ups).
• To improve the site and our services in aggregate.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use a small number of vetted third-party services to run the business. Each receives only the data needed to do its job:

• Airtable — intake form storage.
• Cal.com — appointment scheduling.
• Crisp — live chat.
• Fly.io — site hosting.
• Google / Apple / Microsoft — email delivery.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising: if you arrive from one of our ads, Meta may set cookies for ad measurement, subject to your consent.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies for essential site functions (e.g., chat session state). Advertising or analytics cookies, where used, are opt-in and can be cleared from your browser at any time.

Your choices

• You can ask for a copy of any data we hold about you, or request deletion, by emailing hello@redcypress.pro.
• You can opt out of follow-up communications at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or letting us know directly.
• You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work for browsing.

Data security

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, access-controlled storage, and least-privilege credentials for all third-party services. No system is perfect; we’ll notify you promptly if a breach affecting your data occurs.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
